Are there any additional charges for orders outside of the UK?

We are shipping from the UK so international orders may be subject to customs and import duties once the parcel reaches your destination country. Any customs and import fees will need to be paid by the recipient. Customs policies and import duties vary from country to country but unfortunately we do not have control over them. You can contact your local customs office for more information.

If you refuse a shipment from THTC, you are responsible for the shipping charges, import fees that are included on the package, and the cost of returning the package to THTC. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
